Setting up Memberships in FlexBoard
After logging into your FlexBoard account, follow the steps given below to create either a multilocation or fixed membership based on your team’s requirements.
Creating Multilocation Membership
Step 1: Click on ‘Create Membership‘ from the ‘My Memberships‘ section of the Membership module.
Step 2: Select Multilocation
Step 3: Select Platinum and Gold
Platinum category spaces are available in 17+ cities (Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Indore, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Delhi NCT and more).
Gold spaces are available in 30+ cities (Goalpara, Raipur, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Indore, Ahmednagar, Mumbai, Pune, Mohali, Chennai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Noida, and more).

Creating a Fixed Membership
Step 1: Select the location.
Step 2: Select the workspace.
Step 3: Select the details of the membership. For example, the seat type, membership duration, assigned employees, and billing duration.
Online Payment Option
The customer needs to complete the payment using any of the available payment methods upon finalizing the number of visits on the membership information page. Once that is done, all added employees will be notified on their app about the membership assigned to them.
